Ethan Page and Kenny Omega went to war on an episode of AEW Collision earlier this month, but Page wasn’t happy with the way he looked during the match.

Speaking at the post-ROH Final Battle 2023 media scrum, Page commented on his physique when he watched their “I Quit” match back. He said,

“The physical transformation, though, I actually watched the match back with Kenny [Omega] and I was disappointed with my physique. I thought I wasn’t thick enough and built enough and I thought maybe I needed to add a little size to go into such a violent match. So I actually had my trainer increase my carbohydrates all week and I have had an extended stomach all week eating these pounds of rice.”

He continued, “But I felt a lot better in the ring physically and I felt a lot more, I guess, dominant and stronger. So I actually did train physically for this week from the Kenny match to make some changes.”

Zak Knight believes he has a lot to accomplish in America.

The brother of AEW’s Saraya recently appeared on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast to discuss a variety of topics, including his desire to come to America full-time, why it’s taken him so long to get to the states, and more.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On wanting to come to America full-time: “I need to kick off getting signed somewhere. I’ve done everything I possibly can in professional wrestling in the UK, in Europe, across the world but I feel like I haven’t conquered America.”

On the delay coming to America due to not having a visa yet: “If I got caught and banned for five years, you know I’m not getting any younger… I want to come in like a young rapper, I want to be everywhere. Get me on every independent show, give me the reps.”

On getting to know Tony Khan while travelling with AEW: “Tony Khan has been an absolutely wonderful, what an absolute gentleman.”

Knight expressed his desire to make a mark in the American wrestling scene and explained why it has taken him so long to get to the states.

Knight stated that he feels he has accomplished everything he possibly can in professional wrestling in the UK, Europe, and across the world, but he believes he hasn’t conquered America yet. He expressed his eagerness to sign with a promotion in the US and make a name for himself in the American wrestling industry.

One of the reasons for the delay in Knight’s arrival in America is the issue of obtaining a visa. However, Knight remains determined to come to America and make an impact, comparing his aspirations to those of a young rapper who wants to be everywhere.

During his travels with AEW, Knight had the opportunity to get to know Tony Khan, the president and CEO of All Elite Wrestling. He spoke highly of Khan, describing him as an absolute gentleman and expressing his gratitude for the opportunities he has received with AEW.

In conclusion, Zak Knight is determined to make his mark in America’s wrestling scene. He believes he has accomplished a lot in his career but sees the US as the next challenge.
