The forthcoming premiere of “My Spy: The Eternal City,” with Dave Bautista in the lead, is anticipated this Thursday, July 18, exclusively on Amazon Prime.
The film represents a return to headliner roles for Bautista, following his initial appearance in the inaugural “My Spy” movie, which debuted on Prime’s streaming platform in 2020.
Bautista will be joined by co-stars Chloe Coleman, Kristen Schaal, and Ken Jeong, all of whom are reprising their roles from the prequel. The script for the new installment is the work of Jon Hoeber and Erich Hoeber, under the direction of Peter Segal.
Responsibility for producing the film rests with a team including Chris Bender, Peter Segal, Jake Weiner, Robert Simonds, Gigi Pritzker, Bautista himself, and Jonathan Meisner.
