The WWE NXT line-up for the upcoming episode on July 23, 2024 has been announced, and it includes three exciting match-ups.
After a heated disagreement in the last episode where Brooks Jensen was visibly upset with Josh Briggs, blaming him for his loss against Je’Von Evans, the WWE Performance Center parking lot was filled with tension.
Unhappy with Jensen’s actions towards Evans post-match, Briggs managed to push Jensen to the limit, resulting in Jensen challenging him for a No Disqualification match in the following week.

Meanwhile, another match was announced due to an incident backstage. Ashante “Thee” Adonis made an advance on Jakara Jackson in the commissary area, which was not received well by Oro Mensah, who stepped in to express his disapproval.
Even as Mensah continues his feud with Ethan Page, this new development might shift his focus. Currently not in the title picture as per Ava, a victory over Adonis could possibly set him up for a shot at Page — a prospect Mensah might find tantalizing given their past confrontations.

Lastly, the conflict between Eddy Thorpe and Lexis King has finally resulted in a wrestling match, set for next week. This comes after a brief segment in which King disrupted and meddled with Thorpe’s DJ set, triggering a brawl.
This is not their first face-off, often marked with King belittling Thorpe, but the rivalry appears to lack depth currently.
