In an epic showdown, The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) squared off against the LWO (Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee) in a tag team match on this recent episode of WWE RAW.
The closing moments were in disarray when an unrecognised American luchador showed up at ringside, causing disruption with a German suplex to Mysterio. Security swiftly stepped in and removed the luchador, allowing The New Day to claim the victory after taking down Mysterio with a top rope stomp.

Cody Rhodes unpacked a strong message on this edition of WWE RAW, aiming at John Cena ahead of their anticipated showdown at WrestleMania 41. Starting by pointing out Cena’s absence from the show, he did however express understanding towards Cena’s decision to team up with The Rock. Despite this, he criticised Cena’s optimistic social media activity.
Rhodes compared Cena to a naive child yearning for discipline. His scorching verbal attack ended by dismissing Cena’s quest for a seventeenth World Championship as a “delusional fantasy” and reminded the audience that he, Cody Rhodes, is now the genuine captain of WWE.
Later, it was revealed that Cody Rhodes and John Cena will confront each other on the upcoming episode of WWE RAW.
