On a recent episode of his podcast, “Extreme Life,” Matt Hardy, a veteran wrestler from TNA, shared his thoughts on several wrestling news, including The New Day’s surprising heel turn on Big E and Toni Storm’s unique split personality character, along with other subjects in the wrestling universe.
Here are some notable points Hardy made during the episode:
Regarding Toni Storm’s dual personality persona, Hardy notes, “Managing split personalities in wrestling is complicated. I’ve attempted it in the past. That’s not to say it’s impossible, but it’s certainly challenging. So, I’m quite intrigued about what path they’re going to take with this.”
In the matter of The New Day turning heel, Hardy expresses his thoughts by saying, “Witnessing them execute this action is fantastic, with Kofi embarking on this unexplored path being especially thrilling. I’m eagerly anticipating the future course of this entire storyline. I think they’ve hit the ground running and I have to commend them on overcoming their hesitance of stepping into the role of the villain, as they’ve both accomplished that task.”
