During a recent episode of her podcast “Power Alphas,” former WWE superstar Mandy Rose discussed Hulk Hogan’s appearance at the Republican National Convention. Rose stated,

“Certainly, it was a huge buzz generator. The news and headlines were saturated with it. Plus, the fact that the entire audience erupted in chants of ‘USA!’ is somewhat mind-boggling. I believe Hulk Hogan exemplifies it because not only was he a WWE representative, but his character has such a deep association with WWE, largely because he was a very distinct character in his time.”

“Even people who weren’t die-hard WWE fans knew who Hulk Hogan was. Not all characters manage that recognition. One generally needs to be a serious WWE fan to be familiar with most. But with Hulk Hogan, it’s different… everyone seemed to know him.”

Hogan publicly showed his support for former President Donald Trump during the RNC, even referring to Trump as his personal hero. Other eminent WWE Hall of Famers like Kid Rock and Glenn “Kane” Jacobs were also present at the event.

Trump was officially included in the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013, along with other wrestling dignitaries. Notably, Mick Foley, another inductee who has openly criticized the former President’s policies.

In December 2022, Rose’s contract was terminated by WWE after they discovered that she’d been posting explicit content on her FanTime website. Rose asserts that she wasn’t given a chance to remove this content prior to her dismissal. Notably, she generated a revenue of over million in the month immediately following her departure.
