Adam Cole Unclear About Future In NXT
Adam Cole “decided” that he didn’t want to carry the Undisputed Era anymore. Cole said just that and more in a poolside exclusive interview with Sports Illustrated on Tuesday’s NXT. He adds that Kyle O’Reilly’s insecurities are real when it comes to his concerns in NXT. O’Reilly won’t take Cole’s spot as long as he’s with the black and gold brand.
Cole does mention that he is capable of taking out Karrion Kross, it just depends on if and when he wants to challenge the NXT Champion. He also doesn’t disclose on what’s next for him in the future and gets insulted by the sweltering heat he’s sitting in before cutting the interview short. We pan out to see Kyle O’Reilly in a locker room watching his former leader walk off set.
Women’s Tag Title Match Set For Two Weeks
After being attacked on tonight’s episode, Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart will defend their NXT Women’s Tag Titles in two weeks against Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell. Moon and Blackheart were beat down by “The Way” as they made their way to the ring to take on The Robert Stone Brand and their match never took place. Now the four women will be having themselves a street fight with the gold on the line.
