Fans Boo The Hell In A Cell Finish, Chant ‘Refund’ And ‘AEW’ (Video), Match Ending Questioned On WWE’s WatchAlong Stream
WWE Hell In A Cell ended in very controversial fashion, as Seth Rollins retained his WWE Universal Championship against Bray Wyatt after the ref called for the bell. The fans clearly weren’t happy with the finish, and booed the decision as the show went off the air and several minutes after the lights came back up. The chants heard in the audience included ‘refund’ and ‘AEW’, and can be heard in the clips making their way onto social media now.

The fans inside the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento weren’t the only ones confused by the abrupt end to the match, as Sean Waltman was seen on tonight’s WWE WatchAlong broadcast questioning the decision as well.
“Alright, you may not ask me back for another one of these, but how the hell do you get DQ’d in a Hell In the frickin’ Cell?
As heard at the end of the clip, the panel isn’t even sure what happened either. Disqualification or ref stoppage? No one can really figure it out, but one thing’s for sure—that was a very unpopular way to end tonight’s broadcast.
