In the subsequent episode, The Rock faced off against Rhodes ahead of the WWE Elimination Chamber 2025. Rhodes snubbed The Rock’s proposition, provoking John Cena to betray the champion. Travis Scott and The Rock supported Cena’s actions and subsequently made their exit. The Rock has not made an appearance on WWE since then.
In the recent episode of WWE RAW, The Rock shared a video captioned “The Ultimate Boss’s Perspective: Cody Rhodes’s Rejection & John Cena’s Betrayal WWE Elimination Chamber 2025” on his Twitter profile. The shared clip shows highlights from Elimination Chamber 2025, and The Rock is heard expressing his joy in reprising his role as a hero, hinting a possible return to the arena.

The schedule for Rodríguez’s title match against Lyra Valkyria has not been declared yet. This will be Rodriguez’s maiden singles title challenge since September 2023.
