WrestleMania 36 Ticket Refund Details, Tampa Organizing Committee Issues Statement On Event Cancellation
Tampa Bay Local Organizing Committee issued the following statement after WrestleMania 36 was moved to the WWE Performance Center:
“Our community has waited 36 years to host WrestleMania, and while we are saddened that this unforeseen situation has led us to today’s announcement, this is totally the right call for the safety and security of everyone involved.
A huge thank-you to all of our local leaders and our friends at the WWE, as we collectively worked through the unprecedented fluidity of the last few weeks. The Team Tampa Bay-WWE partnership has never been stronger.”
Additionally, Ticketmaster has announced that refunds for the event will be issued at the point of purchase, with purchases made through Ticketmaster being refunded within 30 days. If fans purchased their tickets through a third-party provider (StubHub, SeatGeek, etc), they should contact that outlet directly for instructions.
WrestleMania 36 is still scheduled to air from the WWE Performance Center on April 5 at 7 pm ET on pay-per-view and the WWE Network.
