Interestingly, despite the slight dip, it’s important to highlight that these metrics were somewhat more encouraging than those from two weeks ago when the show was broadcasted post-Collision on a Saturday evening. That particular airing saw a slightly lower demo rating of 0.09 and 293,000 viewers.
During this Friday’s episode of AEW Rampage, the show faced stiff competition from some major sporting events. This included an NHL playoff match between the Stars and Avalanche, which boasted a 0.50 demographic rating and attracted a whopping 1,331,000 million viewers. Additionally, viewers were also tuning into UFC on ESPN 56, which fetched a 0.32 rating and attracted 903,000 viewers.
In terms of overall performance, throughout 2024, AEW Rampage has averaged a 0.117 demographic rating and pulled in around 365,000 viewers. Comparatively, in 2023 it had recorded a slightly better demo rating of 0.132 and a viewership of 415,000 around this same time.
