Tracy Smothers Passes Away At The Age Of 58

Rest in peace, Tracy Smothers.
After a battle with lymphoma, the wrestling world has lost Tracy Smothers at the age of 58 years old. Smothers was a legend of southern wrestling, competing briefly in WCW as a member of the Southern Boys and Young Pistols before having stints in ECW as a member of the Full Blooded Italians, WWE as Freddie Joe Floyd, Smoky Mountain Wrestling, and more.
Smothers announced in November 2019 that he was battling lymphoma. In recent weeks, Smothers was also sadly dealing with heart issues and hernia troubles. During his battles, the wrestling world came together to raise money for Tracy.
