A recent update from wrestling insiders Sean Ross Sapp and Corey Brennan of Fightful Select has brought to light that yet another WWE celebrity, Angel Garza, is expected to add his name to the roster of WWE stars whose contracts are nearing their end. This group includes notables like Chad Gable, Ricochet, and Natalya.
Garza, during his tenure with WWE, has won both the Cruiserweight and 24/7 belts. Of late, he has been seen performing alongside Legado Del Fantasma in SmackDown events, in addition to his appearances in live shows.
Before he was signed by WWE in 2019, Garza had put his skills on display in TNA and AAA, among other esteemed wrestling platforms.
This report mentions that Garza’s contract is set to expire on the first day of August. It’s also been rumored that discussions revolving around contract renewal are ongoing between both the parties and WWE has come to the table with a proposal. However, Angel Garza has so far remained mum about the whole situation.
