Sonya Deville Stalker Faces Life In Prison, Pleads Not Guilty

Sonya Deville stalker Philip Thomas II has plead not guilty to charges of armed burglary of a dwelling, attempted armed kidnapping, aggravated stalking with a weapon, and criminal mischief. Per Wrestling Inc, the first charge, armed burglary fo a dwelling, is punishable up to life in prison, while attempted armed kidnaping and aggravated stalking with a weapon both carry a maximum sentence of 15 years a piece.
Thomas will have a virtual deposition on Oct. 12 and has a Nov. 12 court date regarding a protection injunction filed by Deville. Earlier this year, Thomas was denied bail for $2 million.
