Shingo Takagi and BUSHI Cleared To Compete At Wrestle Grand Slam; NJPW Reveals Lineups For Both Nights

Shingo Takagi and BUSHI are both cleared to compete after testing positive for COVID-19 this month.

New Japan Pro-Wrestling released the lineups for both nights of their Wrestle Grand Slam events, confirming both competitors will be in action. BUSHI will be in tag team action with Hiromu Takahashi against the team of Robbie Eagles and Tiger Mask on night one, while Takagi will main event night two against EVIL.

New Japan previously confirmed positive test results for both competitors on August 18. Takagi and BUSHI have not competed since August 14 when they were on the same team in an 8-man tag team match at NJPW Summer Struggle.

KENTA also recently confirmed he’d tested positive for COVID-19, but had experienced mild symptoms and no longer has the coronavirus.
