Shelton Benjamin’s time with WWE has come to an end.

On Twitter, the former WWE & World Tag Team Champion, Intercontinental Champion, U.S. Champion, and 24/7 Champion, confirmed his exit.

Benjamin first joined WWE’s main roster in late 2002 as part of ‘Team Angle’ alongside Charlie Haas and Kurt Angle.

Benjamin would return in July 2016 but an injury would keep him from competing, and would re-sign with WWE in August 2017.

Benjamin would spend much of his latest run with WWE as part of The Hurt Business alongside MVP, Cedric Alexander, and Bobby Lashley.
