Report: All Elite Wrestling Moving To Miami For February TV Tapings
All Elite Wrestling will be taking their talents to South Beach.
According to a report from Bodyslam.net’s Cassidy Haynes, All Elite Wrestling will be moving to Miami for the month of February for their television tapings.
It was noted that AEW’s move to Miami is temporary, as they’ve called Daily’s Place in Jacksonville home since early May. Bodyslam reports AEW’s Miami residency will include several weeks of television tapings for Dynamite and Dark, as well as this year’s AEW Revolution pay-per-view.
As for the reason behind the move, it was said that complaints about wrestling in the freezing weather outdoors, as well as a change of scenery serving as a morale booster were behind the decision.
AEW will run the following schedule in Jacksonville before heading to Miami for February:
- New Year’s Smash (Night 1) – January 6 (live)
- New Year’s Smash (Night 2) – January 7 (taped)
- AEW Dynamite – January 20 (live)
- AEW Dynamite – January 27 (taped)
