The final two episodes of WWE NXT for 2023 were taped on Wednesday night at the Performance Center in Orlando, FL. You can check out the complete **SPOILER** results below:

December 19, 2023 Episode:

Match Number One: Fallon Henley defeated Tiffany Stratton with a rollup.

After the match, Stratton attacked Henley and they fight to the back with Stratton dumping the contents of a trash can on Henley.

NXT Men’s Champion Ilja Dragunov had a promo where he talked about what he accomplished in 2023 and what he plans to accomplish in 2024.

Ilja is interrupted by Ridge Holland. Holland says that he is back in NXT and is looking for redemption. He tells Ilja that he is not looking for a match now but he wants to win some matches to get a shot at Dragunov. Ilja says Ridge doesn’t have to wait and he will give Holland a match tonight.

Trick Williams confronts Ilja Dragunov in the back and wants to know why he is giving Ridge Holland a match. Dragunov tells Williams that he is the challenger and the champion picks his matches.

Match Number Two: Lexis King defeats Dion Lennox in a Breakout Tournament First Round Match. King advances to face Riley Osborne in the semifinals.

Trey Bearhill comes out after the match but King escapes the ringside area before Bearhill can get to King

Match Number Three: Izzi Dame and Kiana James defeated Jacy Jayne and Thea Hail When Hail was pinned by Dame when Hail had Kiana in a kimura but James was not the legal person in the match. Riley Osborne was in the crowd to watch the match.

In a locker room segment, Perez comments on the tag match. Grace responds to Perez’s comments and Perez slaps Grace.

Match Number Four: Dragon Lee defeats Charlie Dempsey and Joe Gacy to retain the North American Championship.

All four members of the No Quarter Catch Crew are in the ring when Dragon Lee makes his way to the ring and Kemp, Gulak, and Borne take a step back so Dempsey is Lee’s opponent.

Before the match starts, Gallus’ music plays and they make their way to the ring. Joe Coffey adds himself to the match.

During the match, Mark and Wolfgang are sent to the back by the referee. Joe was outside the ring and he was mysteriously pulled under the ring while Lee got the pin on Dempsey with Operation Dragon.

After the match, No Quarter Catch Crew attack Lee and Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro make the save.

Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes have a segment in the locker room.

Cora Jade enters the locker room and talks about how she is back. She takes back her locker, that is being used by Karmen Petrovic. She takes down Karmen’s name plate and then throws Karmen’s gear out of the locker.

Karmen enters the locker room and wonders what happened to her stuff. Gigi tells Karmen that Cora did it.

Match Number Five: Tavion Heights defeats Luca Crusifino in a First Round Match in the Breakout Tournament. Heights advances to face Oba Femi in the semifinals.

Match Number Six: Nikkita Lyons defeated Tatum Paxley.

Hank Walker and Tank Ledger are in the back talking about their match against Gallus.

Match Number Seven: Wolfgang and Mark Coffey (with Joe Coffey) defeat Hank Walker and Tank Ledger

Match Number Eight: Ridge Holland versus Ilja Dragunov in a Non Title Match goes to a No Contest when the referee stops the match after Ilja Dragunov suffers an injury during the match. When Ridge tried to counter a submission by Ilja, Ridge gets Ilja in a front face lock for a suplex but gets Ilja up and drops Ilja on his head. The medical staff and officials come out to check on Dragunov. They call for a stretcher. Ilja is put in a neck brace and stretchered out. Ridge shows concern over what happened in the match and the referees talk to Ridge.

December 26, 2023 Episode:

Match Number One: Lucien Price and Bronco Nima (with Scrypts) defeat Duke Hudson and Andre Chase in an All or Nothing Match.

Hudson was in control of the match and Chase asked to be tagged in and then he was pinned shortly after tagging in.

NXT Tag Team Champions Tony D’Angelo and Channing Lorenzo were on the balcony overlooking the ring.

Match Number Two: Noam Dar (with Jakara Jackson, Oro Mensah, and Lash Legend) defeats Josh Briggs in a Heritage Cup Championship Match when Briggs was disqualified in the fourth round after hitting Dar with the spit bucket.

Briggs got the first fall of the match in the second round. This match had the usual MetaFour interference and Lash hit Briggs with the spit bucket moments before Briggs hit Dar, but the referee did not see it.

Match Number Three: Cora Jade defeats Karmen Petrovic with a Future Shock DDT.

Match Number Four: Bron Breakker defeats Nathan Frazer with a spear.

Match Number Five: Joe Gacy defeats Joe Coffey (with Wolfgang and Mark Coffey)
Hank Walker and Tank Ledger come out to stop Mark and Wolfgang from interfering in the match.

Match Number Six: Riley Osborne defeats Lexis King in a Breakout Tournament Semifinals Match when Osborne pins King after Trey Bearhill distracts King from the aisle. Osborne advances to the finals.

Thea Hail and Jacy Jayne were in the Chase U Student Section to watch the match.

Match Number Seven: Oba Femi defeats Tavion Heights in a Breakout Tournament Semifinals Match. Femi advances to face Riley Osborne in the finals.

Match Number Eight: Eddy Thorpe defeats Dijak in an NXT Underground Match by referee’s ten count after Thorpe gave Dijak a DDT through the announce table after almost getting Dijak to pass out in a sleeper.

WWE NXT Wraps Up 2023 with Exciting Matches and Surprising Twists

The final two episodes of WWE NXT for 2023 were taped on Wednesday night at the Performance Center in Orlando, FL, and they did not disappoint. With a mix of intense matches, unexpected twists, and intriguing storylines, the shows left fans eagerly anticipating what’s to come in 2024.

Here’s a breakdown of the matches and events that took place during the December 19 and December 26 episodes:

December 19, 2023 Episode:

The night kicked off with Fallon Henley defeating Tiffany Stratton with a rollup. However, the victory was short-lived as Stratton attacked Henley after the match, leading to a backstage brawl.

NXT Men’s Champion Ilja Dragunov had a promo where he reflected on his accomplishments in 2023 and expressed his goals for the upcoming year. Ridge Holland interrupted him, announcing his return to NXT and his desire for redemption. Holland proposed earning a shot at Dragunov by winning matches, to which Dragunov agreed, setting up a match between the two later in the night.

Trick Williams confronted Dragunov backstage, questioning his decision to give Holland a match. Dragunov asserted his authority as the champion and explained that he chooses his opponents.

In a Breakout Tournament First Round Match, Lexis King defeated Dion Lennox, advancing to face Riley Osborne in the semifinals. Trey Bearhill made an appearance after the match, but King managed to escape before Bearhill could reach her.

Izzi Dame and Kiana James emerged victorious against Jacy Jayne and Thea Hail in a tag team match. However, controversy arose as Hail had James in a kimura submission when Dame pinned her. Riley Osborne watched the match from the crowd.

Dragon Lee successfully defended his North American Championship against Charlie Dempsey and Joe Gacy. The No Quarter Catch Crew members were present at ringside, but Lee managed to secure the victory. After the match, the crew attacked Lee, only to be saved by Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro.

Cora Jade made her return to the locker room, reclaiming her locker from Karmen Petrovic. She removed Petrovic’s nameplate and threw her gear out of the locker. Gigi informed Petrovic about Jade’s actions.

In a First Round Match of the Breakout Tournament, Tavion Heights defeated Luca Crusifino, earning a spot in the semifinals against Oba Femi.

Nikkita Lyons emerged victorious against Tatum Paxley in a singles match. Meanwhile, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger discussed their upcoming match against Gallus in a backstage segment.

The night concluded with Ridge Holland facing Ilja Dragunov in a Non-Title Match. Unfortunately, the match ended in a no contest when Dragunov suffered an injury after a suplex gone wrong. Dragunov was stretchered out of the ring, leaving Holland concerned about his opponent’s well-being.

December 26, 2023 Episode:

Lucien Price and Bronco Nima, accompanied by Scrypts, defeated Duke Hudson and Andre Chase in an All or Nothing Match. Chase requested to be tagged in but ended up getting pinned shortly after.

Riley Osborne defeated Lexis King in a Breakout Tournament Semifinals Match, thanks to a distraction from Trey Bearhill. Osborne advanced to the finals.

Oba Femi secured his spot in the finals by defeating Tavion Heights in another Breakout Tournament Semifinals Match.

In an NXT Underground Match, Eddy Thorpe defeated Dijak by referee’s ten count after delivering a DDT through the announce table. Thorpe had almost made Dijak pass out in a sleeper hold before executing the devastating move.
