Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley’s WWE RAW Women’s Championship Match at Hell in a Cell didn’t go as Flair had hoped, and during tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW, she was granted another chance at the belt.
Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville made their way down to the ring during a segment of RAW, where the two called out Rhea Ripley to come down to the ring. In the ring, the duo explained to Ripley that her blatant act of being disqualified on purpose wouldn’t be tolerated. Ripley tried to plead her case by saying that Flair is always abusing the rules, but Peace quickly shut it down by saying that Flair wasn’t the champion and didn’t have responsibilities to live up to .
Flair then made her way out to the ramp, and surprisingly complimented on Ripley for attacking her with a piece of table during their title match at Hell in a Cell. Flair went on to say that while she may have proved herself to be a strategic competitor, Ripely still wasn’t a match for her, and wanted another shot at her. Deville then confirmed the rematch, granting Flair another shot at the upcoming Money in the Bank pay-per-view.
