Nikki Cross Rebrands As A Superhero, Upsets Shayna Baszler On WWE RAW

Nikki Cross is having a super night.
Nikki Cross not only picked up a big win on WWE RAW, but she also embraced her “true spirit” and debuted a new look. Featured during a backstage promo, Cross was shown wearing a mask talking about how she’s found her calling and then the camera backs out, showing she is wearing new superhero-themed tights and a cape.
Cross then teamed with Alexa Bliss in a Money In The Bank qualifying match against Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, and picked up the win after some more powers of persuasion from Bliss. An apparent miscommunication led to Jax and Reggie arguing, followed by Bliss trying to use hypnosis to make Reggie slap Jax. Reggie broke her concentration, but Cross then used the distraction to roll Baszler up for the surprise win.
Cross and Bliss join Asuka and Naomi as confirmed competitors in the women’s Money In The Bank ladder match. Asuka and Naomi also won a tag team qualifying match on RAW, defeating Eva Marie and “Doudrop” on this week’s show.
