NXT Does Over A Million Viewers For First Live USA Network Show
As reported by ShowBuzzDaily, the NXT viewership for their first live broadcast on the USA Network has come in. Last night’s edition of the show featured a North American Championship match between Velveteen Dream and Roderick Strong.
The official figure came out to an average of 1.179 million across the one hour program (the second hour was on the WWE Network). Back in December of 2017, a taped NXT broadcast did 841,000 viewers on USA, so this is a significant improvement. It was the No. 4 cable program of the night beating MTV’s Challenge and losing to American Horror Story, Basketball Wives, and Black Ink Crew.
