NJPW G1 Climax 31- Night 5 (9/26) Full Card, Start Time & Standings

New Japan Pro Wrestling continues the 31st G1 Climax on Sunday. The show will be headlined by Zack Sabre Jr., looking to continue his hot streak of submissions, this time against 2x G1 Climax winner Kota Ibushi.

Ibushi got an ugly win over Tomohiro Ishii on Night 3, and is looking to wash away his embarrassing loss to Yujiro Takahashi in the G1 opener. Both men stand at 4 points apiece, ensuring that the winner will breakaway from the pack in the standings.

The current block leader Great-O-Khan looks to stay ahead of the pack, facing the newly motivated Yujiro Takahashi. Plus Toru Yano will have to deal with the brick wall known as Tanga Loa.

IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Shingo Takagi will face off against Yuji Nagata, in place of his scheduled match against Tetsuya Naito. Naito withdrew from the tournament, after suffering a knee injury on Night 1. Plus, Young Lion Kosei Fujita faces Master Wato.
