Nic Nemeth recently took to the “Busted Open Radio” podcast to discuss Cody Rhodes’ feud with The Bloodline heading into WrestleMania 40.

The former Dolph Ziggler hopes to see WWE put the focus back on Roman Reigns as opposed to The Rock, who has largely taken the lead in facing off with Rhodes heading into WrestleMania 40.

You can check out some highlights from the podcast below:

On The Rock taking the lead spot in the feud with Rhodes: “It does make Roman look like a little brother — a little bit… We had a year and nine months before The Rock of this two-year story, so I get it.”

On Reigns needing to take the focus back on SmackDown: “He doesn’t have to mimic The Rock; he doesn’t even have to talk about him. This is a moment for him to be right back on schedule, let him say whatever he wants. This is the biggest story in the business, and this is the guy you have to beat… We all know The Rock’s involved, we all know that the back and forth has only been Rock and Cody, let’s get back to the championship match. I really think I want them to sell me on WrestleMania, not just watching on TV, why I need to be in the building for this moment?”

At WrestleMania 40 (Night One), Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins will face The Rock and Reigns in a tag team match. Rhodes will then challenge Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 40 (Night Two).

In other WWE news, Seth Rollins took to social media to show appreciation for his wife Becky Lynch after her memoir was released on Tuesday.

Lynch’s The Man: Not Your Average Girl hit bookshelves on March 26, and Rollins promoted the release and praised Lynch on Twitter. He wrote,

“To my wife:

You’re the greatest.

You’re my best friend and the best mama.

You elevate everyone around you. I admire you. I look up to you. I love you.

And I’m so damn proud of you.

Celebrate @BeckyLynchWWE with me. Her literary debut is OUT NOW! Pick it up wherever you buy your books!”

In a recent episode of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Nic Nemeth, also known as Dolph Ziggler, shared his thoughts on the upcoming feud between Cody Rhodes and The Bloodline leading up to WrestleMania 40. Nemeth expressed his hope that WWE would shift the focus back to Roman Reigns instead of The Rock, who has been prominently involved in the feud with Rhodes.

Nemeth acknowledged that The Rock’s involvement in the storyline makes Reigns appear like a younger sibling. However, he pointed out that Reigns had been building this storyline for almost two years before The Rock’s arrival, so it is understandable. He believes that Reigns should reclaim the spotlight on SmackDown and emphasize his position as the top guy in the company.

According to Nemeth, Reigns doesn’t need to imitate The Rock or even mention him. This is an opportunity for Reigns to assert himself and remind everyone that he is the one to beat. Nemeth wants WWE to focus on selling the importance of WrestleMania 40 and the championship match between Rhodes and Reigns, rather than just relying on the star power of The Rock.

At WrestleMania 40 (Night One), there will be a tag team match between Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins against The Rock and Reigns. Then, on Night Two, Rhodes will challenge Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship in the main event. This match is expected to be a highlight of the event, and Nemeth wants WWE to make it a must-see moment for fans attending the live event.

In other WWE news, Seth Rollins took to social media to show support for his wife Becky Lynch. Lynch’s memoir, titled “The Man: Not Your Average Girl,” was released on March 26. Rollins expressed his admiration and love for Lynch, calling her the greatest and his best friend. He also praised her for elevating everyone around her and expressed his pride in her literary debut. Rollins encouraged fans to celebrate Lynch’s book release by picking up a copy.

Overall, the upcoming feud between Cody Rhodes and The Bloodline at WrestleMania 40 has generated excitement and discussion among fans and wrestlers alike. While The Rock’s involvement has taken some of the spotlight, Nic Nemeth hopes that WWE will refocus on Roman Reigns and highlight his position as the top star in the company. Additionally, Seth Rollins expressed his support and admiration for his wife Becky Lynch as she released her memoir.
