In other wrestling news, Carson Drake emerged as the new NWA World Television Champion.

In the latest episode of NWA Powerrr, Drake defeated Max the Impaler to win the coveted title.

The official announcement was given below:

“Carson Drake has done the unthinkable! In today’s episode of NWA Powerrr, Drake managed to overpower Max the Impaler, managed by “Father” James Mitchell, to become the brand new National Wrestling Alliance World Television Champion.”

“The latest episode of NWA Powerrr saw a major shift of power as Max the Impaler was dethroned by Carson B. Drake. Drake claimed the National Wrestling Alliance World Television Championship title after turning the tables on “The Non-Binary Nightmare”.

Throughout their preliminary matchup, while Max the Impaler seemed to be the dominant adversary, neither parties were able to clinch the victory within the stipulated 6:05 time limit for TV title matches on NWA Powerrr.

NWA’s COO, Joe Galli, explains, “Max had Carson on the ropes throughout their initial encounter.”

“At the Signature Live Event named Samhain 2, Drake had another shot at the title. Despite Max dominating the match, Drake rolled up on Max for a clean victory thanks to a distraught “The Sinister Minister”, thus ending their memorable rein with the NWA TV title. Post-match, the fury of the dethroned champion was directed towards the manager.”

Here’s to the future of the reigning TV champion.

“Drake debuted in the National Wrestling Alliance through NWA Exodus Pro – Midwest this year. Known for his sharp maneuvers and bragging, “The Most Successful Man in NWA” quickly moved into title contention.”

“In the coming events of NWA Looks That Kill scheduled for Dec. 14 in Dothan, AL, and NWA SHOCKWAVE set for Jan. 11, 2025, in Forney, TX, Drake’s opponents are yet to be announced. We can expect the NWA World Television title to be up for grabs in each.”
