Welcome to the latest edition of eWrestlingNews Question of the Day!
The excitement for TNA Sacrifice 2025 is building up as it is all set to kickstart tonight (starting with the Countdown to Sacrifice pre-show at 7:30pm ET). We will be covering all the results live as they unfold, so make sure to keep an eye out. But before we get there, let’s make some final predictions on the possible winners of the scheduled matches.
Today’s question for you is “Who, in your opinion, will be the victor at TNA Sacrifice 2025?”
Don’t forget to share your answers in the comments below.
Here are my thoughts…
Please note that my predictions are based solely on the pay-per-views as I don’t follow anything else. So, I might be missing some context. Take my predictions with a pinch of salt and don’t hold it against me if I don’t fully grasp the information! I’m sharing my thoughts to engage with you rather than just asking questions.
Steel Cage 10-Man Tag Team Match: Joe Hendry, Matt Hardy, Elijah, Leon Slater, and Nic Nemeth vs. The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, and JDC) and The Colóns
Given that this is a pay-per-view but does not feature many title matches, a steel cage match does seem adequate. Just like WWE Roadblock being an NXT special but airing on a different day, this match falls into a similar category.
It appears strange to me that Matt Hardy is in this match and Jeff Hardy is squaring off against Moose. Perhaps there is more context to it that I am unaware of. That being stated, if there are no titles up for grabs, this is an excellent way to have a villainous side win and set themselves up as Joe Hendry’s next rival. My hunch says that The System and The Colons might take this one home.
Six-Man Tag Team Match: The Rascalz and Ace Austin vs. Wes Lee, Tyson Dupont, and Tyriek Igwe
If we go by tradition, the home advantage should apply unless a title is at stake. So, by that logic, I believe The Rascalz and Ace Austin will win this match.
Singles Match for the TNA Knockouts World Championship: Masha Slamovich (c) vs. Cora Jade
Continuing the trend, Cora Jade is a strong challenger, but I do not see her winning the Knockouts title against Slamovich. I believe Slamovich will retain the title after a tough match.
Singles Match: Tessa Blanchard vs. Léi Ying Lee
I am leaning towards Tessa Blanchard for this match, propelling her towards a title shot.
Street Fight: Mance Warner vs. Sami Callihan
Even without much context, I can say that Warner, with Steph De Lander in his corner, has a good chance of winning.
Singles Match: Mustafa Ali vs. Mike Santana
While Mustafa Ali has Jason Hotch, John Skyler, and Tasha Steelz by his side, I’m still backing Mike Santana for this match.
Ladder Match for the TNA X Division Championship: Moose (c) vs. Jeff Hardy
In my view, Moose will retain his title in this match, keeping the belt for The Face of the Franchise.
[Countdown to Sacrifice]: TBD – Laredo Kid and Octagón Jr. vs. First Class (AJ Francis and KC Navarro)
I would say First Class has a higher chance of winning this match.
2-on-3 Handicap match for the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship: Spitfire (Dani Luna and Jody Threat) (c) vs. Ash by Elegance, Heather by Elegance, and The Personal Concierge
Given the prolonged reign of Luna and Threat and the superior numbers of Elegance, it is likely time for new champions.
Singles Match: Frankie Kazarian vs. Steve Maclin
Considering the current trends, I’m leaning towards Frankie Kazarian for this match.
