On his initial reaction to seeing clips of the segment: “It’s Cody saying like ‘d**k’ or ‘a**hole’ or whatever. And I go, ‘Oh no, this is so hacky. The Rock went in on you, and we’re now gonna see this is some wannabe Attitude Era thing.’ That doesn’t help it.”

On his opinion changing after watching the full thing: “I really liked it. As much as those little pieces out of context I was like, ‘Uh, hacky.’ Altogether, the promo, the story? It wasn’t the greatest thing I’ve ever heard, but I liked it a lot. I loved it… And you know what? ‘I have nothing but nice things to say about your mother.’ With a little smirk on his face. That’s the best.”

During this week’s episode of RAW, a vignette aired that simply said “Meek Mill” with the #WrestleMania hashtag, seemingly confirming his involvement in the event. In other wrestling news, Nic Nemeth, also known as Dolph Ziggler in WWE, recently shared his thoughts on Cody Rhodes’ promo from last week’s episode of RAW. Initially, Nemeth wasn’t a huge fan of the promo after watching edited clips. However, upon watching the full segment, his opinion changed for the better.

Nemeth expressed his initial concerns, stating that he thought the promo was trying to imitate the Attitude Era with its use of explicit language. He believed it was a “wannabe” attempt that didn’t live up to the standards set by legends like The Rock. However, after watching the entire promo, he admitted that he actually liked it a lot.

The wrestler-turned-podcaster praised the overall storytelling and delivery of the promo. While it may not have been the greatest thing he has ever heard, he found it engaging and enjoyable. He particularly highlighted a line where Cody Rhodes said, “I have nothing but nice things to say about your mother,” delivered with a subtle smirk on his face. This moment resonated with Nemeth and stood out as the best part of the promo.

Nemeth’s change of heart serves as a reminder that sometimes, context is crucial in forming an accurate opinion. It is easy to judge something based on snippets or out-of-context information, but taking the time to understand the full picture can lead to a different perspective.

As WrestleMania 40 approaches, fans can look forward to Meek Mill’s potential involvement and the surprises he may bring to the event. Additionally, they can appreciate the art of storytelling in professional wrestling, as demonstrated by Cody Rhodes’ promo, which managed to change one wrestler’s opinion from skepticism to admiration.
