VIX Network Drops AEW Programming in Mexico

In a surprising turn of events, VIX, a popular streaming network in Mexico, has announced that it will no longer be carrying All Elite Wrestling (AEW) programming. The network released a statement earlier today, informing its viewers about this decision and expressing their regret.

The statement read, “Hello! We regret to inform you that AEW events will no longer be available on ViX. We are working to offer you more entertainment options. If you have questions or concerns, our customer service team is here to help. Thanks for your understanding.”

This news comes as a shock to many wrestling fans in Mexico who have been enjoying AEW’s exciting matches and storylines on VIX. The network had signed a deal with AEW in July 2023, which brought the promotion’s content to Mexican viewers. However, it seems that this partnership has come to an abrupt end.

While the exact reasons behind VIX’s decision remain unclear, it is speculated that it may be related to changes in the network’s programming strategy or the availability of other wrestling content. Regardless of the cause, fans are disappointed to lose access to AEW events through VIX.

In another development related to AEW, popular wrestler Orange Cassidy took to Twitter to express his displeasure with an upcoming match. Cassidy expressed his hatred for the fact that Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta would be facing off against each other in a Parking Low Brawl on the latest edition of AEW Rampage.

Cassidy’s tweet garnered attention from fans who were curious about his strong reaction. While the reason for his dislike of the match remains unknown, it has sparked speculation and anticipation among wrestling enthusiasts.
