On a recent episode of his podcast, “Extreme Life,” veteran TNA wrestler Matt Hardy addressed the circulating speculations about him being at odds with CM Punk.

Below are some key takeaways from this podcast episode:

When asked about CM Punk, Hardy clarified, “I hold no grudges against Punk. He possesses exceptional talent and I greatly admire him. What people misconstrue as my dislike for Punk, stems from my belief that he was mistaken in the ‘All Out’ scenario where he confronted The Elite and Hangman. In my view, he was in error and precipitated the conflict. But apart from that, my relationship with Punk is sans any friction. Punk possesses an extraordinary talent. His rapport with his fans is remarkable, akin to the bond my brother Jeff shares with his followers – they are unwaveringly loyal till the end.”

As for the future trajectory of TNA, Hardy expressed, “It uplifts my spirits to witness TNA regaining its momentum. As of now, they are in the planning stages of executing some significant moves in 2025 which I’m apprised of. They are putting in efforts to evolve the organization and aiming to restore their status as a mainstream wrestling act in multiple aspects.”
