While a lot of WWE fans have varying opinions regarding the WrestleMania 40 main event, LA Knight isn’t bothered by the recent changes.

WWE has a WrestleMania 40 Kickoff press conference scheduled for later today in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event will feature a face-off between Roman Reigns and The Rock. Cody Rhodes will also be in attendance, and more will be known at the event.

However, up until now, it’s been reported that The Rock vs. Roman Reigns is a lock for WrestleMania XL.

In a recent appearance on the “Wes & Walker” podcast, Knight declared that he couldn’t care less about The Rock or Cody Rhodes challenging Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL.

Knight said, Doesn’t really make a difference to me. Doesn’t affect me. I’m not involved in it, I don’t care. If any one of them ends up coming out as WWE Champion then that’s the guy I’m aiming for. Is it always cool to have a guy like The Rock come in? Sure it is. Now you have a major movie star, a major star just in the world. A pop culture icon, you could say. To bring that in, you’re bringing in brand name recognition to where it might bring in extra eyes from the outside who might not otherwise be there. If that’s the case, okay, I’m not arguing against that. It means more eyes on me, more eyes on SmackDown, more eyes on everything. In that regard, it’s not a bad thing. Some people are going to look down on it, some people aren’t. It’s not for everybody, but that’s the beauty of what we do, there is a little something for everybody. At the end of the day, in my regard, it really doesn’t make much difference to me. If Cody ends up being the champion, Roman Reigns is the champion, The Rock is champion, I’m still gunning for each and every one of them.”

The upcoming WrestleMania 40 main event has been a topic of discussion among WWE fans, with many having varying opinions on the matter. However, one wrestler who seems unfazed by the recent changes is LA Knight. In a recent appearance on the “Wes & Walker” podcast, Knight expressed his indifference towards the potential match between Roman Reigns and The Rock, as well as Cody Rhodes challenging Reigns at WrestleMania XL.

Knight made it clear that the outcome of the main event doesn’t affect him personally, stating, “Doesn’t really make a difference to me. Doesn’t affect me. I’m not involved in it, I don’t care.” He emphasized that his focus is on becoming the WWE Champion, regardless of who holds the title. Whether it’s The Rock, Cody Rhodes, or Roman Reigns, Knight is determined to aim for the top spot.

While Knight may not be personally invested in the potential match between Reigns and The Rock, he acknowledged the significance of having a major movie star like The Rock involved in WrestleMania. He recognized that The Rock’s presence could bring in extra viewership from outside the wrestling world, which would ultimately benefit everyone involved. Knight sees this as an opportunity to gain more exposure for himself, SmackDown, and the WWE as a whole.

Knight also acknowledged that not everyone may view the inclusion of outside stars in a positive light. However, he believes that the beauty of professional wrestling lies in its ability to cater to different tastes and preferences. He stated, “It’s not for everybody, but that’s the beauty of what we do, there is a little something for everybody.” Knight understands that some fans may have reservations about non-wrestlers being involved in major events like WrestleMania, but he remains focused on his own goals and aspirations.

In conclusion, LA Knight’s perspective on the WrestleMania 40 main event is one of indifference. While he recognizes the potential benefits of having stars like The Rock involved, he remains focused on his own journey to become the WWE Champion. Knight’s attitude reflects the diversity of opinions among WWE fans, highlighting the unique appeal of professional wrestling as a form of entertainment that caters to a wide range of audiences.
