Praised highly by Kenny Omega, ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey of TNA Wrestling has caught the attention and admiration of many.
Omega most recently expressed his admiration for Bailey during a Twitch stream, following Bailey’s successful rise in stardom within the promotion circle. Omega, a pivotal figure of AEW, stated,
“Mike Bailey, he’s a guy that’s consistently delivering excellent performances. You could consider him a journeyman, he’s been competing in every little independent circuit out there, regardless of where, putting his heart and soul in every match. When I look at him, it amazes me, ‘Man, how does this guy avoid the injured list?’ He wrestles barefoot, and on top of that, he never shies away from doing high-risk moves. I find that utterly astounding,” Kenny passionately remarked. Moreover, Omega went on to say, “Speedball holds immense potential for AEW. He may still join, who knows? Nevertheless, I appreciate him greatly. Although I don’t know him personally, as a performer, he’s top-notch. Once, I had the honor of wrestling him at PWG. I have good memories of that match, and I believe he’s improved incredibly since then.”
