Jon Moxley To Defend GCW World Title Against Nick Gage At GCW Fight Club On 10/9

Jon Moxley has captured the GCW World Championship, and he’ll defend the title against Nick Gage at the promotion’s Fight Club event on October 9.
Moxley won the title at GCW The Art of War Games, where he made a surprising appearance and defeated Matt Cardona. Gage confronted Moxley after the bout, and the champion challenged the former titleholder to a death match. The bout has been confirmed for Fight Club, which will be held at The Showboat in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Tickets will be available for purchase on September 10, and the show will stream on FITE.

This buzzworthy contest has seemingly been in the works sinc Moxley confronted Gage at GCW Draft Day back in May, but the latter entered a feud with Cardona, so fans have had to wait for this collision.
Moxley remains one of the top stars in All Elite Wrestling; he defeated Satoshi Kojima at AEW All Out, and he’ll face Minoru Suzuki, who will make his GCW comeback tour with a few upcoming shows in September and October.
