In a recent episode of the “Bill Simmons Podcast,” Jesse Ventura, the controversial wrestling persona, spoke about Vince McMahon’s successful journey despite his infamous reputation. He also touched upon his WWE comeback and how he remained faithful to Vince.
Ventura expressed, “Vince came out victorious because, contrary to the kind of person he was, all the other promoters were even worse. To put it bluntly, Vince was like a messiah. When I decided to join Vince for the last time, I was prepared to quit the industry, that was my resolve. This was going to be my final celebration with Vince; if it tanks, then I’m finished; if it soars, then we’ll see where it takes us. As luck would have it, our journey was a success. Vince did indeed do me a great favor at one point, and that act has made me loyal to him, and I think I’ll leave it at that.“
In a recent episode of the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Tommy Dreamer commented on the competition between Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan, stating that it should come to an end in the near future.
The two female wrestlers are scheduled to battle for the Women’s World Title on WWE RAW, scheduled to be streamed on Netflix on the 6th of January.
Dreamer opined, “By that point, the feud needs to conclude. They’ve drawn out this rivalry for a significantly long time. Injuries have been a serious setback, hasn’t it? Nonetheless, if Liv manages to repeatedly defeat Rhea, then perhaps it’s time for Rhea to switch over to ‘SmackDown.’ With Becky on the rise, Liv will be invigorated, especially with ‘The Man’ targeting her. Rhea’s shift to ‘SmackDown,’ maybe leading to some action with Nia [Jax], could bring a ton of excitement, and create a completely different dimension if they’re planning to switch.“
