Former WWE Champion JBL will be enshrined in the WWE Hall of Fame later this year.
The John Bradshaw Layfield news comes from WWE Backstage. JBL joined WWE in 1995 and wrestled regularly until 2009. He then became a color commentator for the company for several years. Beyond the WWE Championship, he’s also won the Intercontinental, United States, Hardcore, European, and Tag Team belts. Beyond his JBL persona, Layfield also was one half of the New Blackjacks with Barry Windham and the Acolytes Protection Agency with Ron Simmons.
WWE has currently announced that JBL, Batista, The Bella Twins and the nWo will be inducted, while other outlets have confirmed The British Bulldog, and Jushin Liger.
