Presenting yet another Debate Topic of the Day from eWrestlingNews— focussing on the WWE Money in the Bank 2024 which transpired this past weekend. The spotlight is on Tiffany Stratton, The Center of the Universe, crowned as the new Ms. Money in the Bank.

The history records that every lady who gets possession of the MITB briefcase, successfully cashes in, most often within just a day. Now, the attention is on Stratton, as she becomes the recent WWE Superstar to be bestowed with the briefcase.

The question I pose for you today is, “How would you envision Tiffany Stratton’s progression as Ms. Money in the Bank?”

To answer my own question…

Let’s keep it basic. I propose Stratton to cash in at SummerSlam and beat Bayley to clinch the WWE Women’s Championship.

Bayley’s bout with Queen Nia Jax will be unexciting if Bayley retains. Similar reactions will be expected if Jax becomes the champion. Despite her improved recent performances, there isn’t a strong fan-base rooting her for the top champion on SmackDown. The Queen of the Ring crown that she holds is significant enough.

Given WWE’s penchant for not allowing women to retain the briefcase for long, it does not seem plausible for Stratton to have the briefcase till WrestleMania. Furthermore, Stratton makes the perfect choice to defeat Bayley for the championship.

Possibly, Jade Cargill turning antagonist soon, engaging in a feud with Bianca Belair, and defeating Bayley could make way for a championship bout with Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 41. However, it seems more likely that Cargill wins the Royal Rumble and challenges the champion Flair.

To pave way for this, Stratton beating Bayley, holding the championship for a while, and then yielding it to Flair seems like a plausible route. This rivalry can heat up around the time of Survivor Series, providing space for The Queen to reign as the champion by the time Royal Rumble arrives.

Tiffany Stratton’s reign doesn’t need to last long, but her cash-in shouldn’t be in vain. Let Jax crush Bayley despite a loss and Stratton to make the most of the opportunity that follows.
