“Gabe Kidd dismisses The Rock, vowing to firmly discipline the occasional performer!”

Gabe Kidd recently appeared on the “WRESTHINGS” podcast where he shared his thoughts on a myriad of topics. Of particular interest was his reference to the “real Forbidden Door” and his aspiration of competing against WWE superstars Randy Orton and The Rock.

Brief highlights from his sharing during the podcast are outlined below:

Regarding his desire to fight Randy Orton: “Without mincing words, let me make it clear. If we are talking about the real Forbidden Door, I am ready to take the first step. I am setting the stage for a one-on-one with Randy Orton at Wrestle Kingdom 19. This isn’t some idle speculation. He had an unresolved issue with Will Ospreay back then but didn’t follow through on it. Now, I am taking it upon myself to challenge Orton head-on. As far as AEW goes, I’ll handle them when the time comes in the Official Forbidden Door. With my reputation as the Legend Killer taking precedence over anything else, I plan to take down multiple legends like [Hiroshi] Tanahashi and Shingo [Takagi] before setting my eyes on Orton. I am not one for ambivalence and let there be no confusion – I am ready and willing to take on Randy Orton.”

About The Rock: “And as for The Rock, I’m not mincing words there either. I am absolutely ready to wrestle him, challenge him, and beat him, despite his part-timer status. If he is up for some real wrestling, then he should join us in New Japan.”
