Darby Allin Defeats Sammy Guevara, Face Cody Rhodes In Semi-Finals

All Elite Wrestling’s TNT Championship tournament continued on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

The first quarterfinal of the night saw Sammy Guevara take on Darby Allin in a rematch from the last pay-per-view. Guevara wasted little time as he attacked Allin prior to the bell and took an early advantage. However, The Inner Circle member wouldn’t dominate the entire match.

Allin would work his way back into the bout, and managed to pull off an impressive leglock turned pin attempt for the three count. He’ll face off against Cody Rhodes in the finals. The two previously battled to a draw.
