CM Punk Makes First Appearance On AEW Dynamite, Teases Daniel Bryan’s Arrival

CM Punk has arrived in All Elite Wrestling, and he made his first appearance on AEW Dynamite on Wednesday night.
In an interview with Tony Schiavone, Punk explained that he chose to come back in AEW to show that he can still be the “Best in the World”, and Darby Allin is the perfect opponent to test himself against.

Punk said that he sees a lot of himself in Allin, someone who doesn’t fit the mold. He then teased the fans when they chanted “Yes!” by saying that’s someone else’s “shtick,” and they’ll have to be a little patient.

Punk wrapped up by repeating that he’s looking forward to facing Allin on September 5 at All Out.
