During his recent guest spot on the podcast “The Wrestling Classic,” Bryan Danielson, a seasoned wrestler from AEW, confessed that he has been coping with pain and discomfort in his neck since his AEW Revolution 2024 bout with Will Ospreay.
In his own words, Danielson admitted, “I’m having some issues with my neck. There was a moment where I executed a Frankensteiner on him, he managed to land on his feet, and I don’t think anyone noticed at the time, but I unfortunately landed directly on my head. It certainly got me saying ‘oh my gosh.’ I’ve needed some recovery time since that incident… although MRI results present no cause for concern, my daily experience tells me that my neck is still not quite right.”
Danielson is due to step into the ring in tonight’s AEW Dynamite show. He’ll be teaming up with Jon Moxley to challenge Kyle Fletcher and Jeff Cobb on his home turf in Everett, Washington. The live confrontation will be held at the Angel of the Winds Arena and is set to broadcast live on TBS at 8:00 PM EST.
