WWE Elimination Chamber: Perth takes place on Saturday, February 24, from Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia.

Aussie wrestler Bronson Reed failed to qualify for this year’s men’s Elimination Chamber match. With the 2024 Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event just two days away, fans are wondering why Reed hasn’t been booked for the show yet.

Yesterday, Reed announced his wife’s pregnancy on social media. However, he also noted that’s not the reason he’s missing out on WWE Elimination Chamber 2024.

Reed tweeted, “My people, Yes, my wife is pregnant. No, that is not the reason I’m not on #WWEChamber. Thank you for your concerns. Sometimes, the stars don’t align.”

The only Australian scheduled to wrestle at WWE Elimination Chamber: Perth this weekend is Rhea Ripley, who will defend her Women’s World Championship against rival Nia Jax.

Grayson Waller, another Australian Superstar, will be holding a special edition of “The Grayson Waller Effect” with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins as his special guests.

On a recent edition of the “Developmentally Speaking” podcast, former WWE Superstar Tyler Breeze called his 2015 WWE main roster call-up a “bittersweet” move.

Breeze said, “I was a little — I wouldn’t say scared, I was just more, you know, it was almost bittersweet to where I knew once my stuff was hitting, I knew it was a matter of time, and luckily I got to be in NXT for quite a while, but I was up doing live event loops and dark matches for almost two years, I think. And so I knew, at some point, they’re going to call me up. At some point, they’re going to call me up, and I’m going to have to stop doing NXT, which I enjoyed a lot, and I’m going to be on the main roster.”

Breeze later returned to WWE NXT in 2019. Along with Fandango, the two became NXT Tag Team Champions. Breeze and Fandango were later released by WWE in June 2021.

WWE Elimination Chamber: Perth is set to take place on Saturday, February 24, at Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia. However, one notable absence from the event is Australian wrestler Bronson Reed. With the pay-per-view just days away, fans are curious as to why Reed has not been booked for the show.

Reed recently took to social media to announce his wife’s pregnancy, but he made it clear that this is not the reason for his absence from WWE Elimination Chamber 2024. In a tweet, he stated, “My people, Yes, my wife is pregnant. No, that is not the reason I’m not on #WWEChamber. Thank you for your concerns. Sometimes, the stars don’t align.”

While Reed won’t be competing at the event, there are other Australian Superstars scheduled to appear. Rhea Ripley, the Women’s World Champion, will be defending her title against rival Nia Jax. Additionally, Grayson Waller will be hosting a special edition of “The Grayson Waller Effect” with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins as his special guests.

In a recent episode of the “Developmentally Speaking” podcast, former WWE Superstar Tyler Breeze reflected on his own experience with a main roster call-up in 2015. Breeze described it as a “bittersweet” move, acknowledging that he had enjoyed his time in NXT but knew that a call-up was inevitable.

Breeze spent nearly two years doing live event loops and dark matches before being called up to the main roster. He eventually returned to NXT in 2019 and became NXT Tag Team Champions with Fandango. However, both Breeze and Fandango were released by WWE in June 2021.

While fans may be disappointed that Bronson Reed won’t be competing at WWE Elimination Chamber: Perth, they can still look forward to an exciting event with other talented Australian Superstars taking center stage. Reed’s absence may be due to various factors, but fans can continue to support him and anticipate his future appearances in the WWE.
