Professional wrestler Anthony Henry announced via Twitter on Monday that he has received the necessary medical clearance, suggesting a possible return to the ring this week.

Previously in April, alongside other acclaimed wrestlers, such as Stu Grayson, Dasha Kuret, Dalton Castle’s Boys, Slim J, Gravity, Jose The Assistant, Parker Boudreaux, and Jora Johl, Anthony Henry was discharged from AEW contracts.

The wrestling community had rallied around Henry following a jaw injury that occurred during a Deadlock Pro Wrestling contest in March. Because of this unfortunate incident, which led to him being sidelined, Henry was removed from the organization.

However, AEW President Tony Khan reconsidered this decision, intending to reinstate Henry once he had entirely healed from his injury and secured the necessary medical clearance.

On his Twitter post, Henry wrote, “Your boy is cleared and might be returning this week…keep your eyes open! #workhorsemen”. He expressed his excitement and anticipation about his potential return to the ring.
