Jeff Jarrett can’t wait for what’s to come from All Elite Wrestling following the promotion’s WrestleDream event.
Last weekend’s event saw Adam Copeland make his AEW debut after the main event saw TNT Champion Christian Cage retain against Darby Allin.
During his “My World” podcast, Jarrett shared his excitement for AEW’s future after Copeland’s debut and also praised the Bryan Danielson Vs. Zack Sabre Jr. match. He said,
“That jolt of energy [from Copeland’s debut] … I’m very excited and curious to see where the energy goes. I know Adam well enough; we go way back, and he’s got [a] passion about him. There’s a whole slew of directions that they [AEW] can go, and, as a fan, I’m excited to see where Adam Copeland’s journey takes him in AEW.
“My hats off to Bryan Danielson … what a great storyteller [he is]. Even the hardcore AEW fans — Zack [Sabre Jr.] had hardly had any TV time. Really, really good match. As usual, AEW’s athleticism always pops off the chain.”
Copeland will make his in-ring debut on the October 10 ‘Title Tuesday’ edition of AEW Dynamite against Luchasaurus.
