It looks like Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson finally found a new home in IMPACT Wrestling.
According to reports from Gary Cassidy of SportsKeeda and Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, the deal to bring Gallows and Anderson is a lock and the two will make their debut for IMPACT after they’re clear of their WWE 90-day non-compete clauses next month.
Pro Wrestling Sheet first reported Gallows and Anderson were in serious talks about joining the promotion, with Cassidy later adding that their signing with IMPACT is “pretty much a done deal” and it’s believed that content has even been recorded for IMPACT Plus. Both Cassidy and Meltzer say the deal would allow the team to work with New Japan Pro-Wrestling when possible.
Gallows and Anderson were shown in a “future endeavored” teaser promo for Slammiversary along with several other wrestlers released by WWE on April 15. Their WWE non-compete deals are up on July 18th, the same day as Impact’s Slammiversary pay-per-view, but Meltzer could not confirm contract terms or when the two would actually appear on television.

On a related note, Gallows and Anderson have been teasing a “TalkNShopAMania” pay-per-view event as of late, with Cassidy noting that he was told content has been recorded for that as well. The news of Gallows and Anderson’s post-WWE plans of a potential side promotion was first alluded to in a June 2 episode of “Living The Gimmick” podcast with Jon Alba and Doug McDonald. Co-host Josh Isenberg said that fans should be on the lookout for a “PPV extravaganza coming in summer 2020” and that content already recorded may include some fun cameos.
