Wade Barrett Comments On Nexus Anniversary

Today marks the 10-year anniversary of The Nexus‘ debut in WWE. It was June 7, 2010 when a group of 8 men (Wade Barrett, Daniel Bryan, Darren Young, Ryback [Skip Sheffield], Michael Tarver, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater, and David Otunga) stormed the WWE ring and created a path of destruction.

Out of the original eight members, only Daniel Bryan and David Otunga remain signed with the company. Daniel Bryan has without a doubt had the best career of the stable.

Wade Barrett was the original leader of the stable and sent a message to fans today through Twitter. Barrett said, “10 years ago today: June 7th 2010. Thank you to the other seven men who helped make it happen. History will be written by the victors, but those who were there to witness it are forever immune to their revision. You’re either Nexus or you’re against us.”

Other superstars that were eventually apart of the stable include CM Punk and Bray Wyatt [Husky Harris].
