Karrion Kross first made his appearance on the WWE scene in 2020, sporting a shaved or buzzed hairstyle.

In 2022, he made a comeback, this time with slightly more hair, which by 2025, had grown out considerably more.

Fred Richani of TSC recently interviewed Kross and discussed if growing out his hair had been his intention from the start. Kross stated,

“Shaving my head was a move I initially made as I felt it fit the image of my character in independent wrestling. During my youth, I often sported a buzzed haircut for the sake of contact sports. Managing longer hair while participating in activities like boxing and jiu-jitsu can be inconvenient, especially when sweating and having to use a product to keep hair out of the way. But after my release from the WWE, I decided to grow it out for a potential film role I was approached for, where the character was an ex-military man. I retained the longer hairstyle even after returning to WWE. I would consider going back to the shaved look, but only if attached to a compelling storyline, or if donating my hair to a charitable cause.”

As for the proposition of a hair vs. hair match, Kross remarked, “I would really prefer not to do that [laughs]. Seems like such a waste.”

Meanwhile, in the world of wrestling, William Regal might have hung up his wrestling boots in 2013, but he continues to be a dynamic presence on TV. Over the years, he’s been seen in roles such as the General Manager of NXT and a prominent figure in AEW’s Blackpool Combat Club.

Josh Barnett, on the “Ringsiders Wrestling” podcast, conveyed his enthusiasm at the prospect of Regal returning to in-ring action via Bloodsport, saying,

“Conversations about William Regal feeling ‘spry’ have certainly happened… I believe the decision lies with him. Whether he wishes to return or simply be a spectator, he is right either way.”
