Indi Hartwell, Baron Corbin, and Tegan Nox have recently parted ways with WWE as of last month. Both Nox and Hartwell are now in the waiting period of their 90-day non-compete stipulations prior to being able to sign up for bookings and join different wrestling promotions.
In a recent development on December 18, Hartwell went ahead to file a new trademark for her name under the entertainment services category. She secured this through Michael E. Dockins who is associated with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Here’s a look at the detailed description of her claimed trademark:
“Entertainment services that include wrestling contests; Live performances and appearances by a professional wrestler or sports entertainment personality; Personal appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Professional wrestling performances and exhibits by an entertainer; Organizing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler and sports entertainer in relation to professional wrestling and sports entertainment; Providing wrestling news and information online.”
Hartwell also shared the news of her PWTees store making a comeback. You can see her announcement below:

The design which was released a few years ago is making a reappearance and more designs are expected to drop this coming week. 🫶https://t.co/frfUvYIxyX pic.twitter.com/Hn3Vdq5kOu

In related news, Deonna Purrazzo, another former WWE star now with AEW, has lodged a new trademark application. Purrazzo submitted a trademark request for “The Vendetta” on December 18 under the entertainment services category through Michael E. Dockins at the USPTO.
“The Vendetta” serves as the name for Purrazzo’s newly formed tag team along with Taya Valkyrie. The duo made their debut on the December 4th episode of Rampage, where they emerged victorious against Ella Elizabeth and Freya States.
