Post-WWE Survivor Series Injury Updates – Jacob Fatu, Bronson Reed, Jimmy Uso, & More

While there were few unfortunate instances and injuries recorded during the Men’s WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024, the contestants escaped mostly unharmed.

Jacob Fatu had an unsettling moment during the match when he landed awkwardly from a moonsault. He was observed to be favoring his knee, but inside sources suggest that this was not scripted but rather Jocob’s impromptu decision to intensify the drama by pretending to be injured. It appeared, however, that he incurred no real harm in the incident.

Bronson Reed allegedly suffered injuries to one or potentially both his ankles after executing the Tsunami from the top of the cage. This move was always expected to rule Reed out of the match, but his actual injuries during the landing may have been the real cause of his premature departure from the game.

In the press conference following the show, Jey Uso revealed that his brother, Jimmy, had a torn toe due to a daring move where he pulled off a splash from the top of the WarGames cage. Although considered minor, a toe injury could still affect Jimmy’s future performances and healing process.

CM Punk and the remaining contestants seemed to have handled the match without suffering any significant setbacks, with Punk even participating in the post-show discussions.
