Injury Update On El Hijo Del Vikingo Following Knee Injury

El Hijo Del Vikingo has shared an update regarding his recent knee injury, sustained at TNA Impact TV tapings based in Detroit, MI, occurring on the past Sunday.

The incident happened when Vikingo was trying to perform a dive on Trent Seven in their individual match. Post the incident, he was carried out of the arena on a stretcher.

Vikingo, on Thursday, used his Instagram forum to inform that there wasn’t any tear and he is scheduled to be back within a range of 15 to 20 days. His Instagram post reads,

“Sunday dealt me a hard blow to my right knee, thankfully it did not result in any ligament or muscle damage, I had to rest for 5 days for the swelling to recede, after which I’ll start rehabilitation until I’ve fully recovered, I will need to take off for about 15 to 20 days, thanks go to @tnawrestling @luchalibreaaa I deeply appreciate the attention, also my gratitude to everyone who took out time to send me a message, thank you”
