Keen follower of Kelani Jordan, Big E couldn’t hide his joy when Jordan clinched the NXT Women’s North American Championship at NXT Battleground 2024.

In a celebratory message on Twitter, Big E showered Jordan with praises and congratulations on her victory. His message read,

“Watching @kelani_wwe’s progress has been a delight. A couple of years ago, I was present at her tryout. The switch from college athletics to our industry is far from easy. Yet, she’s truly nailing it. Kudos, you shining star!”

Meanwhile, fans can expect to see CM Punk at the Fanatics Fest, which is slated for August 17th. The official announcement can be seen below:

Steve Lombardi, better known as ‘The Brooklyn Brawler’, graced the “Insight with Chris Van Vliet” podcast recently. He talked about his short stint as Doink the Clown in WWE, a role he assumed when Matt Borne was suspended.

Some excerpts from the podcast are detailed below:

On his match against Bret Hart as Doink: “I have great respect for Bret, I’d face him any day. Vince asked if I could be Doink for the match. First time in my life I had to [face]paint … The original Doink [Matt Borne] was under suspension.”

On extending his time as Doink: “Not a single person [suspected it was me]. My most memorable matches were with X-Pac … he made me shine on the ring. I employed old baseball moves.”
