Over the past weekend, Zilla Fatu marked his presence in Cleveland, the city hosting WWE SummerSlam 2024, while participating in a GCW event.
A report from Fightful Select confirms that Fatu was present at WWE SummerSlam 2024, however, he did not show up for GCW’s New Jersey event the previous night. This has led to some assumptions about his likely association with WWE.
Yet, it has been explicitly specified that Fatu has not signed any contract with WWE at the moment.
Fatu could not attend the GCW event on Sunday due to unexpected travel delays and disruptions, which hindered his timely arrival.
Despite WWE’s interest, Fatu is expected to honor his current booking obligations with GCW.
