Young Bucks Retain AEW Tag Titles, Get Beaten Down By The Inner Circle

The Inner circle’s Santana and Ortiz received their first shot at the AEW Tag Team Championship tonight.

As one would expect, the two excellent tag teams had a great match. It looked like The Inner Circle members had an edge after performing a double powerbomb on Matt Jackson over the barricade outside. However, when entering the ring, Nick Jackson hooked a cradle pin and got a surprise three count. After the loss, all members of the Inner Circle then attacked the Bucks while Kenny Omega & the Good Brothers looked on backstage. Eventually, the IMPACT Tag Team Champions came out and the Inner Circle left.

With the win, the current AEW Tag Team Champions will face the team of MJF and Chris Jericho at AEW Revolution.
